Senior Sales Manager (f/m)

Your responsibilities

  • Upselling, cross-selling, and the development of already existing customer-relationships as well as new customer acquisition
  • Cultivate lasting, trusted client relationships, and scale Streetspotr’s presence across large organizations
  • Manage and identify promising customers
  • Conception and realization of sales and business development strategies
  • Develop a strong understanding of the client’s pain points and needs and demonstrate how our solution can assist them to achieve their business objectives
  • Point of contact and specialist for all our customers and colleagues from sales and project management
  • Holistic and value-based sales of our whole product portfolio
  • Professional and successful negotiation with our customers for long and short-term contracts
  • Realization of quantitative and qualitative objectives – and bear the responsibility for that
  • Conduct storytelling product demonstrations that highlight the value the solution brings to the client.

 

About you

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a Sales or Business Development role
  • Experience and an excellent network within the retail/CPG-industry or in the area of market research.
  • Passionate about our product and are experienced in sales in the area of SaaS and DaaS
  • Excellent MS Office skills (especially Excel and Power Point)
  • Initial leadership experience or ready to take on the responsibility
  • Ability to understand your customers and the willingness to develop a strong understanding for their pain points
  • Highly structured and independent way of working
  • Highly developed social skills and emotional cognition
  • Adept at working within organizational structures
  • High team orientation
  • Success-oriented, outgoing, and highly motivated

Your responsibilities

  • Content Management (planning, creating, distributing and improving digital content)
  • Creating and implementing cross media marketing strategies and campaigns
  • Monitoring and analysing web statistics (e.g. Google Analytics, Google Search Console)
  • Continuous and diligent maintenance of our company website content
  • Planning and realization of SEO-measurements (keyword-research and optimization, analysis and reporting for relevant SEO-KPIs, derive methods for optimization)
  • Observation and analysis of the market
  • Analysing customer behaviour and the most important touchpoints
  • Writing and publishing press releases
  • Correspondence in German and English
  • Planning, organising, and realising of trade-fair appearances
  • Responsible for the customer newsletter

 

 

What we expect

  • Completed your studies or similar graduation in the fields of marketing, economics, social/communications studies, international business, German studies or journalism
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing or similar areas
  • You know the terms bounce rate, meta description and CPC like the palm of your hand
  • You are already experienced with SEO and/or Google Analytics
  • Excellent WordPress and Microsoft Office skills
  • You’re known for a structured and independent way of working but also for your high social abilities

Inside Sales Manager (f/m) Part Time

However, let’s talk about you: You are a cheerful and highly motivated person when it comes to your job? Your clients always come first and you’re not afraid of cold calls? If that all applies to you, we have the perfect job for you: We are seeking a part-time Inside Sales Manager (m/f). You will be helping the sales team doing outbound and cold calls. Client research, identification of potential business partners and supporting the sales managers in negotiations will be a great part of your daily tasks.

 

Your responsibilities

  • Research potential clients that could benefit from our services
  • Identification of contact persons
  • Cold calling potential clients and initial contact (all levels in hierarchy)
  • Setting appointments and consult with clients (via telephone and mail; in German and in English)
  • Supporting the development and optimization of internal sales strategy
  • Close teamwork with our sales- and project management team
  • Lead selection, recording your work steps, maintaining of our customer database via our CRM-Software Pipedrive
  • Manage your key accounts independently

 

What we expect

  • At least 2 years of experience as a sales person, ideally in the area of SaaS
  • Experience in the area of telephone sales is required
  • Perfect German and English skills
  • Advanced MS Office skills (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Being able to work independently and thoroughly
  • Outgoing personality who is truly excited about our app
  • Basic technical understanding
  • You’ve already worked with our CRM-Software Pipedrive or are able to understand it quickly
